Spa Policies & Booking Info

Our Booking Policies:

All new client bookings will be asked for a credit card to reserve the appointment time. We do not charge the credit card for services unless asked to do so. Our merchant processor verifies the credit card and gives us an authorization number.

Group / Multiple Reservations:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate multiple appointments of 2 or more at the same time, unless a gift certificate for the full service amount has been purchased in advance.

Each person booked must pre-pay by purchasing a gift certificate for the full amount of all services prior to the appointment. Any late cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals will forfeit the gift certificate with no refunds. No exceptions.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals / No-Shows:

We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for weekday appointments, and 48-hours for Saturday appointments. If we do not receive such notice, you will be charged for the full service booked. 

After one missed appointment or late cancellation, full pre-payment will be required in order to secure any future appointments. If you do not wish to pay for services in advance, you may opt to book a same-day reservation instead. Please call on the day you'd like to receive a treatment and check for availability.

Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. After 15 minutes, we can no longer hold your appointment. You will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full amount of your service. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Arrival Time:

New clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please ask our staff for directions or use a GPS app to ensure prompt arrival. Free parking is available in the lot next to the spa.
