Best Face & Body Day Spa has closed after 26 memorable years in the community. We deeply appreciate our many beloved clients who have been with us throughout our journey. Although this chapter has ended, we hope you'll continue to purchase Best Face & Body skincare products online and book service appointments directly with our former team members who have launched their own businesses.
Skincare Products:
Founder and creator Bonnie Best continues to offer her signature skincare line for purchase at bestfaceandbody.com. Botanically-based formulas provide antioxidant nourishment and effective solutions for all your skin care needs. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $60 within the continental US.
Appointments:
Best Face & Body is no longer booking service appointments, however you can find contact information for your favorite service providers by Clicking Here.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can be used to purchase any item on our website. To use a digital gift card, enter the full 16-digit code in the designated section during checkout.
If you have a physical gift card issued at our spa, we will convert your balance into a digital gift card for online use. Please email us at info@bestfaceandbody.com with the following information:
- Your name and email address for sending the digital gift card.
- The name of the person who originally purchased the gift card.
- The gift card number or a photo of the back of your gift card that includes the number.
The exact gift card number is required in order for us to verify your remaining balance. Once we confirm your information, we will issue a digital gift card to the email address supplied. Please allow 7-10 business days for our staff to research your request.
Series/Spa Deals:
As of Sept. 1, 2024, No refunds or exchanges are available on unused series or spa deals.

Best Face & Body Skincare products will continue to be available for purchase on our website. We will be moving our inventory to a new shipping facility during the last week of August, and orders placed during this transition period may be subject to minor delays.

UPDATE: June 27, 2024
As we approach the semi-retirement of our founder, Bonnie Best, we want to provide an update on the future of Best Face & Body Day Spa and Nutrient Skincare Line.
Best Face & Body Day Spa will close at the end of August 2024. Over the past year, Bonnie has put great effort into keeping the spa open. The current business climate has made it increasingly difficult to staff and operate an establishment like our spa, and the decision was made to pivot to privately owned beauty suites instead.
With Bonnie's blessing and support, nearly all of the current BFB service providers she personally trained and mentored will be launching their own businesses during this transition. Many will continue at the same location (5303 Comercio Lane) or at nearby establishments. As we approach our final closing date, we will keep you informed on how to stay in contact with your favorite aestheticians and massage therapists.
Here’s what you should know for now:
Appointments: Our reception desk will continue booking spa services through the last week of August 2024. We encourage you to book soon, as our schedule is filling up quickly. Call 818-888-1484 to reserve your time.
Skincare Line: Great News! Bonnie will continue overseeing the beloved nutrient skincare she has carefully developed for over 20 years. After the spa closes in August, all products will be transferred to our shipping center. Purchases may be made via our online store at bestfaceandbody.com, with delivery options across the continental United States.
Gift Cards: Please redeem any physical Gift Cards originally purchased at the spa before the end of August 2024. We will be happy to convert your outstanding gift card balance to an online gift card that may be used to purchase products from our website (bestfaceandbody.com).
Digital Gift Cards that were originally purchased from our website may be used for spa services by August 2024, OR you may order products online at any time. Just enter your 16-digit code at checkout.
Spa Series/Deals: Series packs must be redeemed in spa by August 2024. You may convert any series balances towards the price of product purchases or other services. No refunds or exchanges after August 31, 2024.

We have some bittersweet news to share about an upcoming transition at Best Face and Body Day Spa. After more than 25 years of passionate and dedicated leadership, our owner and founder, Bonnie Best, is planning to retire.
Bonnie has put her heart and soul into making Best Face & Body a tranquil oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. She was the visionary behind each of our signature “Best” services and products, tirelessly researching nourishing and effective formulas to enhance treatments and boost confidence. Now, she is ready to pass the torch and enjoy a well-deserved break.
Spa Transition Date: To allow our customers and staff sufficient time to prepare, Bonnie will continue to manage operations until August 31, 2024.
Although Bonnie is eager to embark on her next chapter, her first priority is ensuring the spa's doors remain open and can thrive under new leadership. Bonnie’s steady guidance has been an integral part of BFB’s long-lasting success, and she is prepared to share her knowledge and expertise with her successor.
