Digital Gift Card

1. Select an Amount
2. Check box to Send As Gift (optional)*
3. Enter recipient's name & email, message and date to send your card.
4. Add to cart, then complete your purchase.
5. Both the gift recipient and purchaser will receive a copy of the digital gift card as soon as the order is paid, or on the date that was selected. Please check your spam and promotions folder if you do not see a your gift card email within a few minutes.

*If you do not provide information for a gift recipient, the digital gift card will be sent to the purchaser's email by default. You will also receive a separate email receipt confirming your order.

1. Add desired products or services to the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter the 16-digit gift card code in the designated field below the order summary.
4. Click on the “Apply” button to redeem the gift card.
5. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, please select an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance.
6. Complete the checkout process to finalize the order.

If you have a physical gift card that was issued at the spa before we closed, please contact us so we can convert your balance into a digital gift card for online use. 

Please send an email to info@bestfaceandbody.com with the following information:

1. Your name and email address for sending the digital gift card.
2. The name of the person who originally purchased the gift card.
3. The gift card number or a photo of the back of your gift card that includes the number.

The exact gift card number is required in order for us to verify your remaining balance. Once we confirm your information, we will issue a digital gift card to the email address supplied. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for our staff to research your request.
