As many of you know, great innovations are not developed overnight. My inspiration for creating Best Face & Body Nutrient Skincare came from my experience as a busy aesthetician—analyzing clients’ skin and listening closely to their concerns. In many cases, even with healthy lifestyles and regular facials, their skin conditions weren't improving as much as I thought they should.
I knew my clients needed a professional-grade system to follow at home. They needed a way to keep their skin looking as radiant as it did right after a facial. When I couldn't find what I wanted on the market, I set out to develop it myself.
A Labor of Love, One Formula at a Time
In 2000, I began working closely with manufacturers and biochemists in the skin care industry, researching state-of-the-art ingredients with proven test results and trying new product formulas. I would only consider product formulations that contained no mineral oil, alcohol, or perfume: I had observed dehydration, dead cell buildup and clog in my clients pores, and refused to sell these types of products.
Each product was a labor of love, and I developed one formula at time. Small batches of the new product formulas were given to clients. We waited for feedback and examined their skin each month to see if we were getting our desired results. If the formulas passed the test and clients said, "This is incredible I've got to have it", I gave my final approval and the product was added to my line.
The Wisdom of 50,000 Faces
What began in my treatment room grew into the Best Face & Body Day Spa, with a team of highly skilled practitioners trained through my mentorship program. Over 26 years, we had the privilege of treating more than 50,000 faces—our “living laboratory,” and the insight behind my skincare line. What started as a single moisturizer, has since expanded into more than 30 professional-grade products, developed to nourish and protect every skin type across a wide range of conditions and concerns.
A New Chapter
In August 2024, I reached a significant milestone. I decided to step back from the daily demands of the spa industry to focus on expanding the reach of Best Face & Body Skincare beyond our local neighborhood. While the day spa doors have closed, its legacy lives on through the practitioners I mentored, many of whom have launched their own businesses and continue to use my products daily in their professional services.
Today, our website provides access to my entire line nationwide, bringing the clinical results and collective wisdom of 50,000 faces directly to your door.
