Shipping Locations

Best Face & Body currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders ship from our Los Angeles, California fulfillment location.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

Other shipping options and carriers may be available at checkout depending on your location and the rates provided by the carrier.


Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will be charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. Best Face & Body is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Best Face & Body is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


Delivered Packages

Once tracking information shows that a package has been delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If you cannot locate a delivered package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.


Lost or Missing Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you begin a claim with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
