We ship all packages via USPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Orders leave our Los Angeles-based shipping center within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Final delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email or text with tracking info for your shipment once your order has been processed. FREE Shipping is for delivery within the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship any packages internationally at this time.

If we've made an error on your order, an item arrives damaged, or your order arrives incomplete, please contact us at info@bestfaceandbody.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please let us know whether the item was missing or damaged, and whether the outer packaging showed any signs of tampering or having been opened in transit. You will be asked to submit photos of your shipment, including the packing slip, the box with shipping label, and the contents received, including for missing item claims.
